“ We wanted a nice restaurant that wasn't a chain restaurant on a recent vacation. Drove over to Pretty Prairie and ate at the Steak House. The restaurant was clean and food was tasty! Paul was the nicest waiter! He was super kind and timely. We both had a delicious flat steak cooked to our liking with the best sweet potatoe fries I have ever had!! If you are ever in the area of Pretty Prairie, I would recommend a stop here! ”

“ Me and my dad came and at 2 delicious cheeseburgers. My dad is Don Green and he use to own this restaurant Don's Place. They were nice enough to let us walk around the place and listen to stories of the past. They still make han cut french fries using the same potato cutter we put up 45 years ago. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND GREAT FOOD! ”

“ We had a wide variety of dishes between all of us and everything was VERY good. Be sure to save room for the homemade pies. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. The owners husband spent a lot of time ensuring everyone in the dining room was well taken care of. We will definately go back. ”

“ Hamburger was delicious and enjoyed it The homemade chips were excellent! Service was great! Staff was great! Went to try the steaks and was disappointed that we couldn't get one. Those are done in the evenings only. Their website should tell you that. Otherwise you're going to be disappointed making a long trip to a steakhouse that doesn't serve steaks during the day. They close early every day to get ready for the evening shift. ”
